Bad customer service

Hi i have a fan club subscription and today when i logged on to book my tickets for a kovie tomorrow they say that they can not validate my account they have taken the money off ny account but i can not purchace and tickets using this fan club subscription i have called in numerous times and have got no help. A person fron the help desk said they will call me at 11am today its now 15:00 and i stilm have not received any feedback i am very dissaponted witb the service i have recieved and i would NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TAKE TO TAKE THE SUBSCRIPTION RATHER GO TO A NU METRO CINEMA
