bad customer experience

I am completely dissatisfied with the service i have recieved on Saturday night and sterkinikor Cavendish square,firstly I was in the line attempting to purchase movies tickets I stood in the line for almost 20min after then only when I asked the cashier if the line was open I got no response from her ,I asked for a manager and was advised the lady that did not even answer my question was infact the manager herself, pathetic customer service...When we stood in the line waiting to enter the theatre we had to wait another 35 Min to enter the movie theatre nobody could even come and advise us why they were not letting anybody in,we got into the cinema 35 Min later missing the most important part of the movie.I was furious as this was a movie I was really interested in watching,your service was pathetic and I will cancel the movie card I have with u ppl,my pocorn was wasted as we missed alot of the movie. I expect my movie ticket and combo to be refunded to me.
