Bad Card Machines

<p>After paying for a movie at the self service card machines, ticket was not printed but gave us a receipt of payment. Management is aware of cards that have a Credit and Savings options normally don't print tickets, but failed to resolve this matter being aware of this problem. He asked for a bank statement as proof (on a public holiday). So basically I paid for nothing, money well waisted!</p>
