bad behavior

i am very angry about an attitude i got from henly steenkamp ,she came to mew asking me personal questions then told me i was not welcome the becouse am a fomer sk worker ,she said that i was not a custermer , i tryed to ignore her but she kept on coming back where i was standing waiting for my movie and i decided to go and not watch the movie i payed for so i want to know if this is the way ster kinikor treats their customers
