BAD BAD SERVICE TWICE

Two big complaints, firstly we went to watch Halloween at bay west prestige, the four of us ordered two combo's and my girlfriend ordered coffee and a piece of cake. no only did we wait until about half way through the movie to receive our snacks, my girlfriend never received her coffee and cake and my friend after complaining twice got a HALF! bucket of popcorn. after the movie ended we did complain and were promised free tickets for our next movie... fine enough but when we went to watch the free movie, we picked the IMAX movie (first man) and about 10 minutes into the movie the quality went extremely blurry. we went outside three times between me and my friend and yet nothing changed, It completely spoiled the movie and we are not satisfied at all! if this was not the only option to go and watch movies in port elizabeth, we would boycott. yet this is an issue as it is the only place and we are very upset about the quality of service delivered TWICE!!!
