Bad Bad Service at Ster-Kenikor Somerset mall

What a bummer??!! Ster-Kinekor Theatres Ster-Kinekor Home Entertainment Pty. Ltd. Super amped to watch the latest Avengers, rocked up @ster-kenikor theaters at 17:15 only for the movie to be fully booked then deciding to wait till 20:45 the next show and midway through the Avengers show the movie goes off, then 5 minutes or so later goes back on with no sound, then the 3D glasses no longer worked and so it went on for about 15minutes, it was so frustrating many of us got up and left to look for a manager or someone to explain what is going on as we just sitting there and cannot watch a thing, in the end never really found the manager at all, the stereo kenikor staff we approached said they had already clocked out and was of assistance at all. They offered us a refund or a free ticket, many obviously went for the refund more for the principal of it, why would u ever want to go back to a place where u never even got an explanation or apology, they paused rewinded and messed with the movie it was craze to watch we left really extremely disappointed because we are loyal to the bone we always go to Somerset West ster kenikor and sometimes just an apology will do a waste of time but what I did get to watch was so good? - and so we learn... Nearly a week later and got no response from ster kenikor at all
