Bad attitude of call centre agent
I would like to report very rude and unruly attitude of a call centre agent of ster-kinekor. She is a female agent named Thokozane (she refused to give me her surname when I requested it). Phone call dated 16 February 18h55. I would like to lay a formal complaint and would like to get feedback on the matter.
The phone lines kept getting cut on top of that. Had to call the call centre 5 times to eventually get a resolution.
