Bad Attitude comes straight from the top

On Sunday afternoon we went to a movie at Ster Kinekor Greenstone. The lines at the food counters were extremely long, and people waited ages for service. Many people went to the managers to complain about this. When we eventually did get served - by very harassed, irritated staff - I said something to the manager behind the counter, who responded by just looking at me, and not actually saying anything! When the managers behave like that, one cannot expect the staff to behave any better! Then, walking into the actual cinema we noticed that there was just mess everywhere - popcorn all over the floor, kiddie seats just thrown in a pile at the entrance so that people had to climb around them to get inside. Looked like the place hadn't been cleaned all day. I sent 3 tweets on Sunday complaining about this. Monday morning I did get a response from SK asking for my contact details. I sent my email address. Yesterday (Tuesday) I tweeted about the lack of feedback. To date I have still not received feedback. Clearly SK don't care one bit about service delivery, not even if they can see that someone complains openly on Social Media. Such arrogance and bad service is unacceptable.
