Bad attitude and poor service

Sterkinekor: the most popular movie house here in South Africa is slowly but surely disregarding their most valued assets ,THE PEOPLE who constantly support their services. My family and I visit the movies frequently and I have always booked tickets online. On the 19 March when I went to redeem my booked tickets I was shocked to see no tickets were available for my card used for the booking. Comfort Mbserth then indicated Sterkinekor is not responsible for any errors made with Ticketline.How is that so when Ticketline is the the online booking for Sterkinekor?. Reagan Aaron then confirms that the tickets were cancelled even after me showing the in contact sms confirming payment for the booking. How and who would cancel it if I didn't? All was said there is nothing that can be done while I have 7 people already waiting with their popcorn etc .After much deliberation and arguing I just booked another movie . After watching the movie I came back out to speak to Rohan who indicated he will look into the problem. While waiting for him Reagan indicates to me in the presence of other movie goers my tickets were cancelled because of insufficient funds.This was nonsense!
