BAD attitude

I wanted to watch a movie with my family on Saturday afternoon,we were going to watch the 2 oclock spongebob show & shortly b4 the movie started we bought food from KFC upon entering we were blocked from entering with the kfc packet the consultant than called the manager who advised that she will refund the tickets and we are welcome to complain to HELLO PETER or where ever we want to complain to,She was quick to want to refund had no respect or customer service etic wanted us to leave our food at their counter or get the ticket refunded,so there we standing highly embarrassed with popcorn and slush puppy in hand, I have no problem with sticking to the rules set out but he manager had no customer service etic,telling us to complain to who ever we want to, it was either her way or get the ticket refunded,I was not comfortable in leaving my food with someone after I have paid over R100 for my food.BAD ATTITUDE BY A MANAGER I FEEL TOTALY VIOLATED AND EMBARASSED AT THE SERVICE RECEIVED,THIS AFTER I HAD PLANNED A NICE DAY OUT FOR MY KIDS.WHAT A POOR REFLECTION OF UR BUSINESS, THE MANAGER IS A BAD REFLECTION OF YOUR BUSINESS YOU CAN DO WITHOUT SUCH BAD PEOPLE.POOR SERVICE FOR A MANAGER.
