bad and unhappy

<p>I did go to your Baywest Cinema port Elizabeth today to see the movie the boss the 12:30 show I was so unhappy when I got to the cinema it was empty got to book my ticket and I see there is only one person working were is everyone else then what cinema only got one person working and then when I wanna go in to the cinema I go up to the side were you give the ticket To find no one there and instead of the worker coming to me to take my ticket. I did have to go down to her to give my ticket and she don't smile or is Nice at all it don't look like she wanted to do her job this is not the 1st time logging a complaint about this cinema and no improvements happen wil definitely reconsider Going back to bay west cinema port Elizabeth am very disappointed</p>
