Awful experience

Arriving at Brooklyn cinemas we were greeted by several paper notices that they were having problems with the aircons, credit card machines and none of the self service terminals were working either. <br> We were forced to go draw cash for the snacks and then had to wait for the staff to try get enough change together. <br> There was also according to the staff no manager on duty.<br> It really was a very unpleasant experience since we had to sit in a very hot humid cinema for over 2 hours.<br> I was very tempted to ask my money back but as mentioned there was NO manager available. <br> Terribly disappointed.
