Awesome service

I must say I received the best service From Sphiwe at Customer care. I called Saturday night to change my tickets from Mimosa mall in Bloemfontein to Eastgate, due to emergency. He promised to call me the following day and he delivered on his promise.

I then had to change my eastgate tickets date from the date I chose to another day due to another emergency. I also received the best service from Mbali and I’m not sure of the other lady’s name. They were willing to assist me.
