Awaiting feedback

<p>I layed complaint on Monday 13 February 2017 to Ster Kinekor about the pathetic service I received from Ster Kinekor The Bridge Greenacres. I am still awaiting feedback to resolve this issue. All I received was an email stating that they sincerely apologise for that incident which was not good enough as I expected a call from a senior manager.</p> <p> </p>
