Arrogant and useless

Was just at ster kinekor cradlestone was busy redeeming my tickets and the system froze asked Brian mohlala to assist me but he took his time and made me wait. When the one ticket was redeemed and the one did not want to print i asked him to give me a voucher for the one ticket then i will come back for a later movie. He said it could not be done according to his manager Sipheshile mqaina who was useless and didn't even want to talk to me. When i asked Brian mohlala what i should do with the one ticket i all ready payed for,he said just give it to anybody behind you with a smirk on his face and a very bad attitude. I left the with the ticket a payed for and cant do anything with it. Well done ster kinekor for the worst service reward
