Arrogant
My family and I went to Cresta Cinema on Sunday evening - 18:15pm. We were abit late so we asked for assistance. My 20 month old daughter was with us as well. The lady assisting us told us we could let the baby in Cinema due to age restriction and went to call the manager. She came and both of them were very arrogant. Yes they explained the sound might have a negative effect on the babies ears but their approach was totally unacceptable. The consultant then made a statement that they would've done us a favor by letting us in but because we voiced our opinion we were told we cannot enter.....VERY DISSAPOINTING.

We apologise for the inconvenience caused ,we cant ignore the age restriction on movies and as the consultant said the child can be affected by the sound. If the child got affected in someway it will be Sterkinekor,s fault because we are regulated by Film Publication Board,they are the ones responsible for age restrictions .
