appauling service from gugulethu

I was disappointed at the service that we got at sterkinekors refreshments bar. We got there only to realise that they do not have any softdrinks. But when we heard that we would be allowed to go into the cinema with our own drinks, we asked gugulethu mdlalose to refund us for the iced tea we bought so we can go elsewhere and buy the proper soft drinks thatnwr initially wanted, she bluntly refused and said that the order was already on the system and she can no longer cancel it. I asked her to call her manager to reverse it and she said her manger is up there somewhere and he won't reverse it. So I leaned forward to check her name tag and she screamed \GUGULETHU MDLALOSE"which shows her lack of respect for customers and it tells me that she is not scared that she will reprimanded for this appauling service. I want this to be dealt with accordingly. Since when can consumers not change their mind about what they want or not want??? This is absolute nonsense. """
