APPALLING SERVICE STER KINEKOR STERLAND ARCADIA

Went to Sterland yesterday to catch the 10am movie but the movie did not start at 10 am or 10 minutes later but only started at 10h30am when i had to go out look around the cinema for staff ,eventually found two staff members that came in running to assist of which the movie started 30 min later and guess what the light were on ! What is the difference between ster kinekor Centurion Mall and Ster kinekor Arcadia. Isn't your purpose to give the best customer service? This incident is not happening for the first time last year the same thing happened until another lady went to report the matter. By the way yesterday i did not understand if i was at the movies or church? Does Ster-kinekor Sterland rent out a theater to a church? As there was sound of drums ans singing in one of the theaters.
