Appalling service and *********** manger

Horrible service and bad management at the Ster-Kinekor in Greenstone on the 31st of December 2019. We got to the snacks and refreshment counter to discover that only warmer serving popcorn is broken and the popcorn is ice cold. Requested the manager who refused to listen to our complaint and acknowledge that the popcorn and warmer are ice cold. He kept on making excuses, saying its not cold and clearly there's no problem because no one else had complained, and would not put us through to his superior. We were appalled at the incompetence of this so-called manager.
