Appalling service
We experienced absolutely appalling service at the Cradlestone Ster-kinekor. On Friday night 25th May 2018, it's pay-day and the first screening of a movie, and there were 3 cashiers... We waited in line for 20 minutes and when we were finally attended to, we were met by a rude woman who ignored me completely when I asked politely if there were any more cashiers to help and when I wasn't given an answer, I asked to speak to a manager and was ignored once again!!
This is pathetic for an entertainment service that deals with people on a regular basis... If I could give a negative rating I would!! I'm absolutely disgusted with the service.. And I hope something will be done about it.
