Appalling Service

We all no that a night at the movies is no cheap affair, when after the tickets, drinks, and snacks are added to the bill - well tonight we decided to make it a movie night - all 8 of us - I am sure the recipient of the compliant can do the sums in terms of the costs of the evening . Tickets were booked as follows:-<br> 2 x Vir Altyd,3 x Ride along 2,3 x How to be single <br> After getting tickets, we had to wait in the cue - after ordering drinks and snacks via the new \efficient\" self services options to collect our snacks - this wait amounted to no less than 40 mins - by which time two of the three movies had already started - for how to be single - almost 40 mins of the movie - the reason - only 3 people serving with three collection points not manned - this on the end of the months weekend! The cues were ridiculous and these 3 people were obviously not coping! after eventually getting our stuff we proceeded to the movies and within 5mins of sitting the power gets cut - centre issue - *** does SK not have generators, given the price of tickets etc - I dont expect to get a reply given their pathetic level of service, but I am R 1000 at least poorer - no movie either - how pathetic!"
