Appalling Conditions - Mooirivier Mall Ster Kinekor

<p>I am from Johannesburg. Decided to treat my wife to a weekend in Potchefstroom. We then visited the Mooirivier Mall and wanted to go and see Wonder Woman. Upon arrival at the cinema, we found that the Polycomp Showtime screen was out of order, and there were A4 papers stuck to the surface with the shows' titles and times. In addition, most of the poster boxes contained no official movie posters and were filled with A4 sheets. The floor was sticky and **********ly dirty. </p> <p> </p> <p>There were only 4 other customers in the cinema but NO cashier at the box office or the concession stations. This was at 19h00 on a Saturday night?!?!</p> <p> </p> <p>At the spice station, there was popcorn lying all over the floor; clear indication that no cleaner or manager has inspected the site in at least two hours. The toilets didn't leave mush to the imagination either, as these were in a dismal state and smelled like a toilet at a local trainstation or pub. </p> <p> </p> <p>This is absuolutely pathetic. How can one be expected to pay R75 a ticket for an experience nore pitiful than visiting a graveyard? Having said all that, it might be worth noting that this is only a 6 Screen Cinema with a probable average weekend attendance of 2000 max?</p> <p> </p> <p>Needless to say, my wife and I opted to leave and never return. </p>
