Annoyed customer

So my better half and I decided that we wanted to catch a movie at your N1 city branch this past Friday... We made the decision to watch the movie ********s bodyguard ( brilliant movie BTW) so the show was scheduled to start at 17:15 and we make our way to buy snacks and things and we take our seats in the cinema by 17:10. Now the norm I know is that yoi usually have to sit through about 15 mins of trailers and ads before the movies which is fine. You tend to catch on as to what you might want to watch in future... And so the trailers starts.... Its hits 17:30 and the next trailer/ad starts... It hits 17:40 and still the trailers/ads are carrying on... Then finally at 17:50 the movie decided to start. By now I have eaten my way through half of my popcorn and drank half of my slushy which is meant to last throughout the whole movie bit because I'm bored with ads and trailers I decide to eat instead... Can I just say that never again do I want to have to sit 45 mins in a cinema and wait for a movie to start for which Iade sure I was on time for.... I was at the point of walking out of the cinema and making a scene in the foyer coz I can assure you that I was annoyed as hell... This is absolutely ridiculous. You cant waist peoples time like that. By the timw the movie starts you so annoyed you can't enjoy your movie and you run out of popcorn before the time... I am still going to make a point to take this up with the branch manager itself coz if we were a bunch of kids, our attention span would have run out ages ago.... I would appreciate a response to this as I would love to hear the excuses ima get
