AN UNPLEASANT Manner

I would like to express my deepest of concern to one of your Employees by the name of Bongani at Cinema Prestige in the Rosebank branch, well it was my first time at Prestige and I was with my fiance and this gentleman made us feel unwelcome with his attitude and no smile whatsoever now coming from a customer related industry I am fully aware of how clients should be treated and he is a primary example of how not to treat customers, he was not helpful and it felt like he was perhaps upset that we were a Interracial couple. Overall I really enjoyed watching a movie there and the food was deliciously prepared, hopefully we can return with the hopes of better treatment next time
