Always something wrong at Maponya

Why is the salt and vinegar spice inside the shaker that says sour cream and chives? last time i went there we waited in a long line only to be told that they didn't have boxes for the MEGA combo, why is there always some sort of problem here and why is it always made the customer's problem? I come here almost every week and try not to report things because the manager is friendly but this is just getting tiring because we are not watching these movies for free
