AIRCON NOT WORKING AT CINEMA 10

The air conditioner was not working at cinema 10 which was playing fast and the furious 7 the cinema was packed to its capacity , I could barely breath properly it was such a BAD experience!!!! I mean they had a sign that the aircon is not working by the pop corn cashiers but by then you have already bought your ticket to even change your mind!! Why did they not change the cinema for this particular movie until they fix their aircon, is money more important than customer experience!!!! I WILL NEVER GO TO A STER KINEKOR EVER AGAIN!! THEIR VALUES SUCK!! THE SMELL IN THE CINEMA, IT WAS STUFFY, HOT AND SMELLY . DISGUSTED!
