Aggressive Bullies for Staff

My fiance and I decided to treat ourselves to a movie. After standing in line for over 40 minutes we eventually made it to the the front. Why have you only opened every 3rd POS on a a busy Saturday night?<br> The cashier flashed us her discolored piece of chewing gum and asked \ wat u waaant"she found my shock rather amusing. I asked for two bottled waters and two large cokes. The water was warm so i requested a cup of ice. She snapped \""No\"" and slammed down the water. I explained that I dont mind paying for the cup and she snapped \""yusssus R21\"" I was obviously shocked and asked if she was sure. She waved down a young girl who looked to be of some authority. These two young ladies crossed the arms over the chests and stared us down as if we were *********. An incredibly humiliating situation. I asked again if i can please have some ice because the water is warm and they both jumped in rather loudly and abruptly \"" Take the ice from the coke\"" If you cant pay then leave\"" I returned my coke (which had no ice in to start with) and walked away. Thank you for ruining my evening and leaving us thirsty and humiliated through half a movie we paid full price for. Disgusted by your staff! """
