Adjust your Attitude

Hi, on 24 March I booked online for me and my friends to go to see Batman vs Superman at Cresta Sterkinekor. We were excited to see the movie, but were greeted by utterly rude kiosk staff. I tried to be friendly by asking how she was and why she looked so sad, but she clicked her tongue at me, made no attempt to look at me and rolled her eyes. She made it a horrible experience for such a costly night. Your staff weren't wearing any name badges and some of them not even the official sterkinekor attire. I think its disgusting how cinemas are so overpriced and such bad service is given. It ruined my experience and trust me when i say i wont be supporting you anytime soon! I have tweeted this on the night and received endless promises that this was being followed up on. I do not understand what there is to follow up on or WHY it takes over 2 weeks to do so! RIDICULOUS STERKINEKOR!!! If this is how you treat customers for a SERIOUSLY OVERCHARGED night, I have no doubt that business will be slow!
