Account debited 7 times for booking 2 tickets and begging for a refund 2 weeks later!!!!!!

<p>I booked two tickets on Monday 14th November from the website. My account was debited 7 times. I was supposed to be refunded the amount of R912 within 4-5 working days as promised by the accounts/ refunds department. 10 days later, no refund and constantly waiting for people to get back to me. I have phoned up to 8 times already! The service is absolutely disgusting. Their mistake and I am begging for my money.</p> <p> </p>
