Accidentally booked wrong cinema
Hey guys I booked the wrong cinema for the movies and now your call centre is saying can't change them or and no refund. Like really? You not even trying to assist.

30 Jan 2018, 14:39We apologise for the inconvenience caused,unfortunately we cant transfer the booking from one cinema to the other . We can cancel the booking that was made for the wrong cinema so that you can rebook or we can book for you and pay the booking fee of R3,50 each ticket .
