Absolutely pathetic service and management

<p>There's a new order and then collect which is a useless waste of time I arrived 30 mins early for my movie and ended up late cos I spent an hour waiting to collect popcorn, I looked for a manager but she was absent as was the service at eastgate I will never return to this cinema again and I will be letting everyone i know aware of the pathetic service and management never again!!!!!!!</p>
