Absolute Pathetic Service

Absolute Pathetic Service! I've been trying to take my kids to the movies for 2 weeks now and simply cannot get a booking?! We've gone to Eastgate and it took so long to buy the tickets that we had to eventually leave as the movie already started. I've been trying to book online now for about an hour and cannot get my vitaly cards loaded. I then tried calling and have been holding on for over 15minutes?! The staff couldn't care less. Do you not need the business?!
