Abhorrent Client Care

Ster-Kinekor: Garden Route Mall. Very unpleasant experience at this cinema, and will not be visiting again. Their salt shaker malfunctioned as the lid was not properly fastened and salt spilled into our popcorn bucket. The manager refused to replace the spoiled product citing their sales protocols as the reason for refusal.
