A-Maze-ing Website

<p>Sterkinekor has managed to produce a new online booking site that is slick and yet almost baffling for even a person in the IT industry. The first day the interface launched I saw loads of people preferring to use the kiosk than the self-service terminals. It took me a couple of attempts to figure out how to add a loyalty card number the first time I booked online. I'm bemused how the UI flow for this site was ever approved because to me it is completely un-intuitive. The more I use it the more problems I find. The old site looked a bit clunky but was easy to use and not only because of the fami****ity factor. Sterkinekor really needs to do better.</p>
