50SHADES OF NOTHING

I emailed a complaint through on your website regarding my experience last night at ster kinerkor Bayside, but still no answer or any feedback back from you.Firstly Fifty shades of grey is the biggest anticipated movie of the year and we didn't even get to watch it... The management at Bayside had no idea what he was doing he really has no managerial skills or problem solving skills.... No communication either. I booked four tickets online for the 20:00 show 12/02/2015 for fifty shades of grey. By 20:30 the cinema full of patrons was still sitting and waiting for the movie... not once did management feel the need to come and explain to us that they seem to be experiencing a problem. We had to walk out and find him for answers. Secondly eventually at 21:00 we decided this was enough and requested answers from management Yet again he was lost for words. He then said that he would TRY and get us a show at 20:00 tonight but cannot make any promises. Absolutely **** answer. He was had issues with some unlocking key for the movie Then he had the odasity to try and make everybody stand in the dark cinema whilst he signs the slips for refunds ext Waist of my time.
