45 min wait for popcorn. No Kids 3D glasses

I took my son to see The Avengers at The Grove. We arrived 30 mins before the scheduled start of the show. As it was a 3D movie we had to que for 3D glasses in the popcorn line as we booked online. We waited over 45 mins to be served as only 2 of the 6 lines were open. There was no control as people were cutting in all over. I went to complain to the manager who was not even interested to come over & look what was going on. When finally I got to the counter they had run out of kids 3D glasses. Not only did we miss the opening scene of the movie but my kid had to watch a blurry film as the 3d glasses that they sold us did not fit. Very poor service indeed.
