3D more like blur

I had a bad experience while at blue route mall ster kinekor Sunday Dec 16 during the 19 45 3D showing of spiderman, the movie was not set to match anyone's in the theatres 3D specs also the movie was reset and restarted and still not suitable to specs until the 3rd complaint by people in the cinema, the loss of time in the theatre had us come out letter than expected leaving time and further more this type of service was unacceptable
