3 month almost and still waiting

Hi there i booked tickets online on the 9 Jan. i picked up on the the 16 Jan that my account was deducted twice i logged a call that same night i waited a month nothing happened again the 16 feb i logged a call again for my refund this time i took the ladies name Vigie Naidoo who i emailed my statement and phoned me to tell me tygervalley picked up a duplicate payment its been a month since she phoned me and still no refund or anything.<br> <br> I also notice it not only me why is your system so set up.<br> <br> regards<br>
