2015 and online sytems do not work

I am trying to acivate my vitality sterkinekor card online, but this does apparently not work and one needs to go to a cinema. I want to book online so now I need to go all the way to a cinema to do this. It is 2015 for goodness sake get your systems up to date. Even the call centres are down cannot even phone them - I call pathetic service
