2 WEEKS STILL WAITING

Its been 2 weeks of back and forth with Sterkinekors online booking service trying to get my refund. I booked tickets online that did not appear on their systems but yet they gladly took my money out of my account. And now 2 weeks later ive been given instructions left right and centre to get a meezly R67.50 back and not their customer service or incompetant agents can help me. Im extremely disapointed to be taken for a fool like this as i actually enjoy making use of your service but this will certainly make me think twice before i use it again. You did not get my booking, fair enough. I paid for my movie in cash then. So why take my money out of my account for my non existant booking. Get your **** in order this is pathetic after service.
