2 weeks still no refund???

2 weeks ago i had the worst experience at this branch!<br> I was double debited along with a few other issues.<br> Now i am still waiting for my refund!<br> My emails get ignored, and no feedback let alone anything else...<br> Is this what ster kinekor stands for?<br> Now you have become *******, by *****ing my money and not sorting it out!<br> i sent all the paperwork asked for and still nothing...<br>
