2 Month Still No REFUND!

On the 16/06/15 the above mentioned customer service agent assisted me wih my refund query thats been going since May. She kindly requested me to forward my details to her so they could process a refund for me. Today its the 03/07/15 2 months after my initial query and im yet to be refunded. Clearly Sterkinikor feels that its ok to take the **** by giving **** poor service to their loyal customers. Im annoyed by the fact that they cant seem to get a simple thing right. Get your shot sorted Sterkinikor.
