10 Days later still no reply, now the penny drops!!!

This was an email sent on the 9th September 2017 at 17h25 whilst sitting in chair D8...... until today no reply what so ever from Ster-Kinekor. Your management team at Gateway in KZN failed your brand dismally today.

•Self service POS was super slow, perhaps look at improving the network. •The queuing system to the food and beverage counter was not working so the staff were calling out "Next". Why no one present to control. •The seasoning stations were dirty and the canisters empty. I had to go borrow fro the other already busy stations. •Cinema 7 was not cleaned and no entry lights were available. Your cleaning team only came in as the session was about to start. •The saddest part was when I approached staff *** she continued walking. I had to ask her to stop walking as I was speaking to her. Her reply was that she was going somewhere. I acknowledged this and informed her the theater had not been cleaned. She indicated that it was nothing to do with her as she was off duty..... really!!!????

Not like your prices are cheap, so not impressed!!!!
