Your staff are *****ing from you
This is not a compliment nor a complaint but I am just warning you that your staff are *****ing from you, I have now witnessed this twice, when a customer is paying cash, and the item that they are purchasing is the exact amount they don't give you a till slip, they hold on to the money, and you still get your burger. This behavior was really shocking and disgusting, hopefully you haven't lost out on a lot of money.
