Yol got me ****ed up
I've hated steers since my experience with Philip Nel. I don't know how a fully operational business joint can be so *********** when it comes to other things, from management right up to staff. Then that business is doomed.
I've been logging this complain for over a month now and every time the store calls me, I always have to explain what happened eventhough its a logged complaint and they always say that "we'll get back to you" and never actually do.
A Calvin called me, I think his part of management saying that they will sort it out... until today. Then a few days later someone called again, I think its the same Calvin telling me that I should have checked if my order was correct upon arrival, I never check my order because no one ever gets it wrong. So now it's my fault that I recieved a wrong order because I didn't check... Please don't **** me off now.
I placed an order online, how do you get an online order wrong? You looking at it on a screen, it was not even a combination of chicken and beef burgers I wanted beef only.
The f**** slip said beef, how is it my fault? Tjrrr I thought I wanted that order corrected but now I just want my f******* money back. This is my worst shopping/ complain logging experience of all times. I haven't had Steers ever since.
I'm a regular customer, you can even check all my transactions on your app, and those bought on my debit card. Its not like I was buying for the first time.
You get my order that I paid R180 wrong and all of a sudden its my fault? I should have checked? La nnyela lona. I'm a Woolworths employee, so I know exactly what Customer Service is eseng masepa aa a lona aa. When I start speaking in my mother tongue, just know I'm ****ed to the highest level of ****'tivity.
I will find the owner of that Franchise and I will log a complain with him/her straight. We are tired of our complaints falling on deaf ears. And don't call me again unless you calling to refund my money, I'm not f******* crazy I'm not going to pay for something I didn't want, something I didn't order. You have me ****ed up I see.
