Yes taste some more of my burger plz after i paid! -Strand Steers!

First of all 1 star above was the only option and its not even worth one star!! Tonight was on mission to go eat something out since i don't do it at all almost. Went to Strand Pavilion Steers and ordered me a King Bacon CmB upsize blah blah and said going to treat myself. As ordered and wait for my food at counter some other people also ordered food . We all stand there and wait. I am a tall person so i can c over the counter and i can c over the work area. What i notice waiting there is how someone was tasting with his hand my burger patties and licking his hand off and then he placed my bun on his bare palm which he licked a few min ago and prepare my burger. This normal procedure to give someone that pays so much for a steer burger and get this? ***???? When was the last health and safety inspection made and how can you served people food like that?
