Wrong size order

I was at Steers N1 city awhile back I bought 3 large shakes and 2 cheese fries, when my order arrived the lady gave me just one cheese fries and all 3 milkshakes was smalls I asked for my other fries thats short she gave the other fries and took my slip my boyfriend went to ask if the milkshake is a large as we asked she said its a large, yesterday when I was at Parow's steers I ordered a large milkshake again this time it was actually a large and not a small, I'm very disappointed because I paid for 3 large but received 3 smalls I'll never buy at steers again worst service the people don't even know what's going on at they store. I'm so disappointed and wasted a lot of money.
