Wrong / short items delivered
I placed an order telephonically for delivery on Saturday 25/04/2015 at Goldman Crossing Florida branch. The lady on the phone informed me that my order needed to be R75 and more for a free delivery. So i ordered a Rib burger and 2 x 500ml Cold drinks. When the order arrived I paid and the delivery man left. It was only when I went inside the house and opened the meal when I saw that I had received a Rave burger and 1 x cold drink. I'm not happy about the service because when I asked the cashier to read back the order she did it but rather reluctantly. This kind of service is not expected especially when you're a paying customer.
