Wrong order poor service

On the 28th of November 2025 I bought 2 wings meals for 54.90 however the lady gave me one wing and chips and the other order was correct, can you imagine the disappoint I had when I got home knowing I paid for a meal to only get one wing at the price of 54.90🤬. The steers in Hartbee****rt at the Total Garage has poor service and they are not even remorseful I laid a complaint on the steers website and all I received was a case number no follow up nothing. I even stated the lady who had helped me Bernice.

Steers this is really unacceptable service.
