Wrong order delivered

Steers sunnyside is so disorganized 1.placed an order 20:00 2. 21.19 order arrive and guess what it's a wrong order - ordered 2 Big Bacon and Mjojo big Burger but received some basic burgers 3. Call the store and the manager says he will look into it and call me back 4. 15 min later I call back cause haven't hear anything back from the store and when I call back I get" I was still busy investing and we will send the driver to come collect and I will take a look at the burgers, take a picture for my manager then start with the correct order 5. We already 21:40 by now 6. Convince him to send the driver to collect the burgers buy come with my correct order 7. Order arrives 30 min later( which I was told it will be 15 min as I do not stay far from the store) 8. I take everything from the previous order 9.take the new order and guess what? The order only has burgers no chips 10.why wasn't I told to keep the chips and only return the burgers? I don't know how I feel about this store and not even an apology for the mix up, like what sort of establishment is being ran at sunnypark Steers? If I place an order with "card on delivery " you should trust me enough that I will be available when you call to coke and pay and collect I should trust you enough that my order will be complete and correct, this is very unacceptable Steers
